Ground Shipping

Regular Ground shipping is free for orders over $50.00 (some restrictions apply). Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods, or other large parts may still qualify for free shipping, however, these items require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below) where delivery times range from 2 – 9 business days. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer. Additionally:

  • UPS, USPS, FEDEX and some other carriers do not operate the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Please take into account these holidays when estimating order arrival.
  • Weekend delivery is not available – Please be aware that orders placed on Friday & shipped via FedEx Overnight will be delivered the next BUSINESS day, which is Monday or Tuesday depending on the service selected.  If you are in need of Saturday delivery, please contact our office for a shipping quote.
  • Inclement Weather Advisory – Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please check directly with the delivery carrier your order if your package has been delayed. MQPARTS is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions.

FREE SHIPPING

Receive free Standard Shipping to addresses in the continental United States on orders totaling over $50. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories are not eligible for Free Shipping offer. To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be $50 or more, after any promotional discount has been applied. Core charges, shipping and handling charges, fees, and taxes are not included in the calculation of order total.

Shipping Charges

For others that do not qualified for free shipping charges will be determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to any United States, US Territory (including Puerto Rico), or APO/FPO address. We currently do not ship to international addresses. You cannot change your shipping destination once have submitted an order.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification and occasionally this verification may delay your order. Additionally:

  • Once your order has been verified you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships you will receive a separate order shipped email with your tracking information.
  • In-Store Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 1 hour after you receive your order confirmation email.

Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Performance Order Shipping

All performance parts are shipped  mostly via Ground service. Most orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 – 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing brush guards, running boards and other large items may require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below) where delivery times usually range from 2 – 9 business days. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, shipping charges will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer. Overnight and 2-Day shipping are not available for performance part orders.

Truck Freight

Truck freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via Truck Freight. Orders usually are processed for shipment within 24 – 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Delivery may take 2 -9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), within the continental United States. Truck Freight to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may require additional charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via Email with a revised shipping quote.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days after the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within twenty-one (21) days from the date of shipment for any possibility of claim.

International Shipping

Cause of international shipping, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees levied by the destination country (named “Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees which are levied once a shipment arrives in his/her country. What’s more, the additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may need to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Besides, MQPARTS reserves the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong addresses provided by customers.
