HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the request a refund option to submit your request. You can also contact  MQPARTS representative at (305) 599-2348 / 6723 or go to our Return page.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD?

If you cancel an order, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card. Most credit cards companies take 6 to 9 days to post the credit on your credit card, for debit or check cards the time frame varies from 24 to 72 hours.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed, however, your request may not be able to be approved if your order has already been shipped.
Note: Items cannot be canceled online if they have already been processed for shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If you purchase your product on our On Line Store you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. MQPARTS products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS?

We offer  three to five days free delivery for orders within the USA via USPS. Please note that USPS First Class International Mail does not offer tracking information.  If you want faster delivery service you can ship your MQPARTS products via FEDEX for an additional cost and you will get your products in two days. Please note that time of delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Note that circumstances out of our control (like natural disasters, holiday delays, etc.) may produce shipping postponements.

HOW WILL YOU REFUND MY PURCHASE?

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your returned product.
Please note that shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA?

All products ship outside the United States have to pay custom and tariff fees according to the country’s import laws. These fees are not collected by the company. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any custom and tariff fees charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. (For additional information contact your local customs office).

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping method after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to the fulfillment agency when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.

If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account. For future shipment you can log into your account go to settings and change the shipping address.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP THE ITEMS?

We will ship out within 1 or 2 Business days after we receive your order. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. (Additionally, orders placed after 2:00 pm will be considered placed on the next business day)

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

For orders send within the USA by regular mail (USPS) there is not shipping or handling charge. However, if you like to expedite your order we offer FEDEX services as an additional option, for this option you can easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code.

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES DETERMINED?

Shipping rates are determined based upon the estimated package size and weight of the items based upon UPS, USPS, FEDEX shipping guidelines. MQPARTS does not charge any additional handling fees…

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

MQPARTS does not currently offer shipping to PO Box addresses in any of the U.S. Territories or internationally. We are verify all physical shipping addresses before shipping.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

You can qualify for free ground shipping on most orders totaling $70 or more, excluding any core charges. This offer excludes all items or orders which require special handling or are considered oversized. You will be notified on our search result page and/or on our shopping cart pages which items do not qualify for free shipping. This offer excludes all shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Only online orders shipped via regular ground service are eligible for free shipping. This offer does not apply to next day or second day air shipping options, nor will it make orders eligible for discounts on next day and second day air shipping. This offer is limited to in-stock items offered for sale on MQPARTS. MQPARTS reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time without notice.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you will be given the opportunity to enter a different zip code or shipping address during the checkout process.

MY DELIVERY IS MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, check the carrier selected Tracking number for the delivery location. Your tracking number is found on your shipping confirmation email or for additional information go to track my order page.

HOW IS SALES TAX DETERMINED FOR MY ORDER?

For online orders Sales Tax is applicable only in the state of Florida unless another States Statutes mandate Sale tax on all orders ship to that particular State. B law we required to collect taxes in all states where we have a physical presence, Florida residents must pay Sale Taxes. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state taxes, local taxes, and any applicable fees.
For wholesalers or resellers Sale Taxes are exempt as long as they provide legal Sales Tax Exempt Support.
For exports outside the US Continent prove of export (only Bill of Lading) is required.

WHEN WOULD YOU BILL ME?

We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order! Most personal and company checks may be held up to 10 business days for processing. When you place an online order, we authorize your credit card to make sure sufficient credit is available. A hold is placed on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled.

HOW CAN I DELETE AN UNWANTED ITEM FROM MY SHOPPING BAG?

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to 0 and pressing the “Update Quantity Button” located within the shopping cart at the far right of each row.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

You can add items using the search engine to find the item that you wish to purchase or by browsing through the categories on the website. After you have selected the item you want to purchase add the quantity the item and press the button “Add to Bag” the item will be added automatically to your shopping bag. To change quantities the item(s) just go to the checkout button and upgrade the quantity and color desire.
